Custom glass aquarium projects

Send a dimensioned sketch or describe the intended installation. We can discuss the display dimensions, glass specifications, cabinet materials and finish, sump layout, overflow and plumbing arrangement. Equipment and optional accessories are specified in the quotation.

For a room-divider aquarium, identify the sides that need clear viewing. For an in-wall installation, include the opening dimensions and the access space behind or above the tank. For a freshwater or marine setup, explain the intended livestock and filtration requirements.

How to compare glass aquarium quotations

Ask each supplier to quote the same dimensions and package. A tank-only price cannot be compared directly with a system that includes a cabinet, sump and plumbing.

Display: length × width × height with units, glass specification, viewing panels, covers and overflow location.
Cabinet: overall dimensions, material, finish, door openings and service access.

Delivered total: itemized package price, delivery destination, included services and any separately quoted items.
Written scope: agreed drawing, quantities, production schedule, payment terms, delivery arrangements and the applicable after-sales terms.

For our aquarium deliveries to the United States and Australia, DDP shipping includes customs clearance, import duties and import taxes. Confirm the precise package and delivery address in the quotation. Accessories have separate shipping charges and times.

Is there a fixed minimum wholesale order?

Order quantities and wholesale pricing are confirmed for each quotation. Send the models and quantities you want for the first order so we can check the available options.

What should I send if I do not have a technical drawing?

A simple sketch is enough to start the discussion. Label the required dimensions and viewing sides, show the intended overflow position, and include photos or measurements of the available installation space. The final build specification must be confirmed before production.

Production and delivery

All listed Arowana, Side-Overflow and Stream standard sizes and finishes are in stock and can be handed to the carrier on the day payment is received. Confirm the dispatch date for E Series peninsula models. Custom production typically takes about 20 calendar days.

Aquarium transport to the United States and Australia normally takes 30–35 calendar days after dispatch. Free DDP delivery includes shipping, customs clearance, import duties and import taxes. Custom production is additional to the transport time. Confirm the schedule and access arrangements for your address before ordering. Accessories have separate delivery charges and times.
