Welcome to Yipinlanhe Aquariums. This website is operated by Xinxiang Yuanxu Trading Co., Ltd. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of Yipinlanhe Aquariums. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that supports our store.

These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and the documents confirmed for your order, explain the terms that apply when you use our website or buy from us. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1. Website Access and Accounts

You agree to provide accurate and current contact, billing, payment, and delivery information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.

2. Products and Custom Orders

Product photographs and display colors may vary slightly because of lighting and screen settings. Product descriptions, confirmed specifications, and applicable legal guarantees continue to apply.

For a custom aquarium, the final written quote and confirmed dimensions, materials, glass specifications, cabinet, filtration, equipment, drawings, and delivery requirements form part of the order. We will not make a material change to a confirmed order without your agreement.

Concept, AI-generated, and illustrative images are for reference only and will be identified as such. Only items and features listed in the confirmed order are included.

3. Orders, Deposits, and Cancellations

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. For a custom order, the written confirmation should state the specifications, price, deposit, balance, estimated production time, and delivery arrangements.

You may request cancellation of a custom order before production begins. If you cancel because you have changed your mind, we may retain from the deposit only reasonable, actual, and unrecoverable customization costs or cancellation losses, where permitted by law and disclosed before your order. We will explain any deduction. The deduction will not exceed the deposit, and any remaining refundable amount will be returned.

After production begins, a change-of-mind cancellation may not be available unless we agree or applicable law requires otherwise. These terms do not limit your rights if we cannot fulfil the order or if another legal remedy applies.

If we reject an order or cannot fulfil it, we will notify you and refund amounts due in accordance with applicable law. Customer-cancellation deductions do not apply to such refunds.

4. Prices and Payment

The order confirmation will state the currency, product price, deposit and balance, and any applicable shipping, insurance, tax, duty, or other charges.

Whether delivery is duty-paid or includes particular services will be stated in the quote before payment. No undisclosed charge will be added to an accepted order without your agreement.

Prices may change for future orders. A price change does not alter an accepted order unless both parties agree.

5. Production and Delivery

Production time, estimated dispatch time, and estimated transit time will be stated separately where available. Estimates are not guaranteed dates, but we will make reasonable efforts to meet the confirmed schedule.

If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and offer the options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a delay or cancelling for a refund.

Before payment, the quote will state the delivery location and whether unloading, carrying inside, stairs, installation, or other special services are included.

For delivery arranged by us, we remain responsible for loss or transit damage until delivery is completed at the agreed destination, subject to applicable law. We will work with the carrier or insurer to resolve a delivery issue.

Please provide an accurate delivery address and tell us about access restrictions before dispatch. Any additional delivery service or charge must be explained and agreed in advance.

6. Inspection and Product Issues

Please inspect the aquarium when it arrives. If you notice visible damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and, if practical, on the day of delivery. Photos, video, and delivery records can help us assess the issue.

A same-day report helps us investigate transit damage but is not a condition for exercising rights that apply to problems discovered or reported later. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains ordinary returns, custom-order exceptions, refund processing, and return arrangements. It does not remove rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or unfulfilled orders.

8. Intellectual Property

Website text, photographs, videos, logos, and designs belong to their respective owners. You may use them for personal shopping and order-reference purposes. You may not use protected material unlawfully or in a way that misrepresents our brand.

Customer-provided designs and materials remain the property of their respective owners. We use them only as needed to quote, make, deliver, or support the order, unless you separately authorize another use.

9. Reviews and Feedback

You may submit lawful and truthful reviews or suggestions. If you submit material for public display, you allow us to use it to display that review and describe the relevant product. We will seek separate permission for other advertising uses involving identifiable personal information.

We may remove unlawful content, spam, private information, or content that clearly does not relate to our services.

10. Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party payment, delivery, communication, or other services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities for our own products, services, or legal obligations.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use the website for fraud, infringement, harassment, collecting another person’s private information, distributing malicious code, disrupting the website, or bypassing security controls. Normal customer browsing and lawful use of assistive or authorized automated tools are not prohibited.

12. Disclaimers and Liability

General website information is not a substitute for professional advice about floor load, installation, lifting, or electrical safety at your location. Follow product instructions and obtain appropriate professional advice where needed.

We do not exclude responsibility for product quality, accurate descriptions, fulfilment, or other matters where applicable law does not allow exclusion. If damage results from misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow reasonable safety instructions, responsibility will be assessed based on the facts and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

13. Shopify

Shopify provides the platform for our online store. Purchases from this store are transactions between you and the operator of Yipinlanhe Aquariums. Shopify is not the seller of our aquarium products. Each party’s responsibilities are determined by applicable law and its agreement with you.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and service providers may process information as needed to operate the store and fulfil your order. Please review the Privacy Policy for further details.

15. Errors and Updates

If we find a material error in a product description, price, or stock status, we will correct it. For an accepted order, we will contact you about any material issue and explain the available options. We will not use a website correction to silently change confirmed specifications or add charges.

16. Suspension

We may take reasonable steps to restrict access where there is suspected fraud, a serious breach of these Terms, or a security risk. A restriction does not automatically cancel an accepted order or remove rights to a refund or after-sales remedy.

17. Entire Agreement and Order Documents

These Terms, applicable store policies, and the written documents confirmed for your order form the agreement for that transaction. Confirmed quotes, specifications, drawings, payment terms, and delivery arrangements are included.

If documents conflict, mandatory legal rights take priority. A specific written order agreement applies over general website wording where legally permitted. Later website updates do not automatically change an accepted order.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on our website. Where required by law, we will give notice of a material change. Updates generally apply to future use or orders and do not automatically change an order already accepted.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

Applicable law and dispute jurisdiction will be determined under the relevant legal rules. These Terms do not require you to give up mandatory protections or legal remedies available to you.

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using any legal complaint, mediation, or court process available to you.
