Shipping & custom production

United States & Australia: Free DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) delivery to your door on all aquariums. Shipping, customs clearance, import duties and import taxes are included.

For a custom aquarium quote, include your model, preferred size, quantity and full delivery address so we can plan your delivery.

Transport to the United States and Australia normally takes 30–35 calendar days after dispatch. All listed Arowana, Side-Overflow and Stream standard sizes and finishes are in stock and can be handed to the carrier on the day payment is received. Confirm the dispatch date for E Series models. Custom production usually takes about 20 calendar days before transport, for a combined estimate of about 50–55 calendar days. All timeframes include weekends. Accessories have separate shipping charges and delivery times.
