Shipping Policy

Aquarium Delivery to the United States and Australia

We offer free DDP delivery to your door for aquarium orders shipped to the United States and Australia. Shipping, import customs clearance, import duties, and taxes are included in the aquarium price. This aquarium delivery offer does not automatically apply to separately purchased aquarium accessories.

In-Stock Standard Aquariums

In-stock standard aquariums can normally be handed to the logistics carrier on the day payment is received. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 30–35 calendar days to either the United States or Australia, including weekends.

Custom Aquariums

Custom aquariums are made to order. Production usually takes approximately 20 calendar days, including weekends, after specifications are approved and the required payment has been received. Estimated transit time after dispatch is a further 30–35 calendar days to the United States or Australia. The typical combined production and transit estimate is therefore approximately 50–55 calendar days.

The production schedule, dispatch estimate, freight method, and any special delivery requirements will be confirmed in your written quotation or order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If we learn that we cannot meet the stated timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and available options in accordance with applicable law.

Aquarium Accessories

Aquarium accessories have separate shipping charges and delivery times. Available shipping options and estimated delivery information will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation. If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and available options in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery and Damage

Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and that suitable access is available, especially for large or heavy items. Any special delivery requirements should be agreed in writing before dispatch. Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably practical and contact us promptly at tank666888@outlook.com if it arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Prompt reporting helps us investigate but does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
